Subsea Pumps are a type of Subsea Equipment. These systems form part of subsea processing and compression solutions and serve several purposes: they amplify pressure to support long?distance facilities; they separate water from the produced fluid at the well and reinject it underground, avoiding the need to transport excess water to the surface; and they separate the produced fluid into its various phases to ease the load on flowlines, risers and topside facilities.
